Improved manufacturing process of epoxy resin composite artificial stone plate
The invention discloses an improved manufacturing process of an epoxy resin composite artificial stone plate, and is characterized in that a low-cost cement-based plate is used as a bottom plate of acomposite plate, and high-performance epoxy resin concrete is used as a surface material of the composite plate. The process specifically comprises the steps: coating the bottom plate of the cement-based plate with a double water-blocking interlayer and an interface adhesive layer; and then distributing epoxy resin mortar into a cement-based bottom plate mold coated with the double water-blockinginterlayer and the interface adhesive layer, and then sending the mold into a vibration table arranged in a vacuum box. The mold on which the epoxy resin mortar is distributed vibrates in vacuum; whenair wrapped in the mortar is pumped out, and the vibration promotes the compactness of the epoxy resin concrete mortar, so that the epoxy resin concrete mortar can be directly compounded with the cement-based bottom plate, and the composite artificial stone plate of which the surface layer is the epoxy resin concrete with excellent performance, the bottom layer is a cement base with low cost anda good water-blocking interlayer is arranged between the bottom layer and the surface layer is obtained after curing.
本发明公开了一种改良的环氧树脂复合人造石板材制造工艺,其特征是:以低成本的水泥基板材为复合板的底材,以高性能的环氧树脂混凝土为复合板的面材。具体做法是:在水泥基板材的底板上涂布双重阻水隔层及界面胶层。再将环氧树脂砂浆布入已涂布有双层阻水隔层与界面胶层的水泥基底板模具,然后将模具送入安置于真空箱的振动台。布有环氧树脂砂浆的模具在真空中振动,当砂浆中包裹的空气被抽出的同时,振动促使环氧树脂混凝土砂浆密致,由此可以直接将环氧树脂混凝土砂浆与水泥基底板直接复合,经固化后获得表面层为性能优异的环氧树脂混凝土、底层为低成本的水泥基、底层与面层间有良好阻水隔层的复合人造石板材。
