The invention further discloses a fireproof composite board, which comprises the fireproof composite board base material prepared by the preparation method, iscompounded with a PVC decorative layer, a melamine impregnated paper layer, an enamel layer, a soft porcelain decorative layer, a veneer decorative layer or a stone decorative layer, can replace paperboards, density boards and shaving boards, can be applied to suspended ceilings, floors, wall surfaces and furniture, and has wide applicability.
