3D printing ceramic slurry and preparation method thereof
The invention is suitable for the technical field of materials, and provides 3D printing ceramic slurry and a preparation method thereof. The method comprises the following steps: performing ball milling and drying pretreatment on silicon dioxide ceramic powder by adopting a coupling agent to obtain pretreated silicon dioxide ceramic powder; and putting resin, a dispersing agent, a photoinitiatorand an ultraviolet stabilizer into a reaction container, carrying out ball milling until all the components are completely dissolved, adding a ceramic pigment and the pretreated silicon dioxide ceramic powder, and carrying out ball milling to obtain the 3D printing ceramic slurry. The silicon dioxide ceramic powder is subjected to ball milling and drying pretreatment by adopting the coupling agent, so that the binding degree with resin can be improved, and the problem of poor binding property between the silicon dioxide ceramic powder and the resin is solved. The ceramic pigment is introducedand subjected to ball milling, so that the ceramic pigment is uniformly distributed in the slurry, a ceramic finished product printed by the ceramic slurry is colored, the color distribution is uniform, and the color forming quality is good. The risk of degreasing and cracking of a green body is reduced by adding the ultraviolet stabilizer.
