Accordingto the invention, the bauxite aggregate and the ceramic powder are used as main raw materials; the refractory cement, the silica fume, the alumina powder, the silicon carbide, the mineral powder, theyttrium oxide powder, the alumina powder, the water reducing agent, the auxiliary agent and the like are added as auxiliary materials, and therefore, the refractory performance of the castable can befurther stabilized and enhanced, meanwhile, good flowability is kept, the castable has the advantages of high temperature, good heat insulation and the like by adding the alumina, sintering of the castable is promoted by adding the yttrium oxide, pores of the castable are smaller and more uniform in distribution, the volume density of the castable is improved, and the compressive strength of thecastable is improved.
