Slow-release concrete water-retaining agent and preparation method thereof
The invention discloses a slow-release concrete water-retaining agent and a preparation method thereof. The water-retaining agent is prepared from the following raw materials: 30-35 parts of an acrylamide monomer, 15-20 parts of a slow-release monomer, 0.18-0.21 part of an initiator and 3000-3800 parts of deionized water. The acrylamide monomer is one or two of acrylamide and 2-acrylamide-2-methylpropanesulfonic acid; the slow-release monomer is one of hydroxyethyl acrylate, hydroxypropyl acrylate, hydroxyethyl methacrylate and hydroxypropyl methacrylate; and the initiator is one of azodiisobutyronitrile, azodiisobutylamidine hydrochloride and azodiisobutylimidazoline hydrochloride. The invention also provides the preparation method of the water-retaining agent. The water-retaining agenthas slow release property, is especially effective for concrete bleeding and large fluidity later stage, can continuously improve the cohesiveness of concrete, has good flow velocity performance, is simple in preparation process, and can be used in constructional engineering of high-standard concrete, concrete in severe cold regions and ultrahigh pumping concrete.
一种缓释型混凝土保水剂及其制备方法,保水剂由下述原料制成:丙烯酰胺类单体30~35份,缓释型单体15~20份,引发剂为0.18~0.21份,去离子水3000~3800份。丙烯酰胺类单体为丙烯酰胺、2‑丙烯酰胺‑2‑甲基丙磺酸中的一种或两种;缓释型单体为丙烯酸羟乙酯、丙烯酸羟丙酯、甲基丙烯酸羟乙酯、甲基丙烯酸羟丙酯中的一种;引发剂为偶氮二异丁腈、偶氮二异丁脒盐酸盐、偶氮二异丁咪唑啉盐酸盐中的一种。本发明还提供了保水剂的制备方法。本发明具有缓释性,对混凝土泌水、流动度后期反大尤其有效,能持续改善混凝土黏聚性能,流速性能良好,且制备工艺简,可用于高标混凝土、严寒地区混凝土、超高泵送混凝土的建筑工程中。
