The invention relates to the technical field of cutter processing. The efficient composite liquid solves the problems that when a cutter diamond coating is prepared, a cutter needs tobe pretreated, but the pretreatment often needs multiple operations, so that the preparation efficiency of the cutter diamond coating is very low, and the large-batch production of the cutter is notfacilitated.
