The device comprises a box body, wherein a shell is arranged in the box body; a heating ring is arranged at the bottom of the shell; a stirring rodis arranged in the shell; the stirring rod is connected with a first motor; a discharging pipe is arranged at the bottom of the shell. A closing plate is arranged on the discharging pipe; a first mounting plate is arranged on the side surface of the box body; a pressing device is mounted on the first mounting plate; a sweeping and recycling device is arranged on the rear side of the compaction device; the asphalt for repairing the cracks is filled in the shell, the asphalt is heated and stirred in combination with the heating ring, it is guaranteed that the asphalt is suitable for repairing the cracks. Meanwhile, the cracks are repaired and redundant asphalt is recycled through the pressing device and the sweeping and recycling device, and the crack repairing quality is effectively improved.
