The invention belongs to the technical field of breakwater engineering and particularly discloses a breakwater. According to the harbor breakwater, the side, facing an open sea, of a breakwater body is provided with a plurality of step grooves, each step groove is internally provided with a power generation device, the mouth portions of the step grooves are sealed through sealing capsules, the faces, impacted by the open sea, inside the sealing capsules are fixedly connected with the power portions of the power generation devices, the side walls of the step grooves communicate with the outer surface of the upper side of the breakwater body by through holes, the upper side of the breakwater body is provided with a minitype wind driven generator, and the through holes correspond to fan blades of the minitype wind driven generator. The purpose of the harbor breakwater is to prevent the external environment from affecting the power generation devices, the maintenance cost is saved, wind power is generated to make the minitype wind driven generator perform power generation while waves generate mechanical energy to perform the power generation, and the breakwater power generation capacity is enhanced.
