Fabricated FRP pipe-steel reinforced concrete composite structure under marine corrosive environment
The invention provides a fabricated composite structure system formed through a bolt connection mode by using FRP pipe-steel reinforced concrete column-rectangular FRP pipe-steel reinforced concrete beams for adapting to the marine corrosive environment. Firstly, FRP pipes sleeve steel reinforce, steel reinforced beam-columns are connected to form a composite frame structure by using bolts. Threeways of factory prefabrication, on-site prefabrication and on-site pouring are provided, the FRP pipes are poured with concrete to form FRP pipe-steel reinforced concrete beam-column members. Then theconcrete is post-poured to close connecting joints, and finally FRP cloth is used for winding and wrapping post-pouring parts to form a complete closed outer wrapping layer together with the FRP pipes. The FRP pipe-steel reinforced concrete composite structure has excellent mechanical properties, and the FRP outer wrapping layer greatly improves the corrosion resistance of the structure at the same time and can maintain high durability in harsh environments such as the ocean. Due to the factory production of members, the advantage of connection of steel structure bolts is introduced, and theconstruction efficiency of factory production and assembly installation is high.
为适应海洋腐蚀环境,本发明提出采用FRP管‑型钢混凝土柱与矩形FRP管‑型钢混凝土梁,通过螺栓连接方式组成的装配式复合结构体系。首先,在型钢外套FRP管,采用螺栓将型钢梁柱连接成为复合框架结构。其中,提供工厂预制、现场预制和现场浇筑三种方式,在FRP管内灌注混凝土,形成FRP管‑型钢混凝土梁柱构件。然后后浇混凝土封闭连接节点,最后采用FRP布缠绕包裹后浇部位,与FRP管共同形成完整封闭的外包层。该FRP管‑型钢混凝土复合结构不仅力学性能优良,同时FRP外包层极大地提高了结构的抗腐蚀能力,能在海洋等恶劣环境下保持高耐久性。由于构件工厂化生产,引入钢结构螺栓干连接的优势,工厂化生产、装配化安装施工效率高。
