Reinforced concrete pile foundation with variable section and pile sinking method thereof
The invention discloses a reinforced concrete pile foundation with the variable section and a pile sinking method thereof. Reinforced concrete piles with the variable sections are divided into prefabricated piles and cast-in-place piles. The prefabricated piles comprise a T-shaped prefabricated pile and a trapezoidal prefabricated pile. The prefabricated piles with the variable sections are prestressed reinforced concrete prefabricated piles. The T-shaped prefabricated pile is composed of a pile end with the enlarged section and a pile body with the equal diameter and the small section, and the axial profile is in a T shape. The enlarged pile end is connected with an upper joint pile with the section of the same size, and thus a variable section pile foundation with the large upper joint pile section and the small lower joint pile section is formed. The section of one end of the trapezoidal prefabricated pile is large in size, the section of the other end of the trapezoidal prefabricated pile is small in size, the diameter is varied gradually, and the axial profile of a pile body is in a trapezoid shape. The cast-in-place piles with the variable sections are reinforced concrete piles cast in place after hole forming, and are in a big end up step shape with different diameters. The reinforced concrete pile foundation has social benefits of being green, environmentally friendly,safe and reliable, meanwhile, the manufacturing cost can be reduced, the working period is shortened, and the reinforced concrete pile foundation has great economy value.
