Construction method for cold-bent thin-wall light steel structure building
The invention provides a construction method for a cold-bent thin-wall light steel structure building. The construction method comprises main body component construction, wall board construction, rooftruss construction, roof construction and exterior wall construction, wherein a light steel main body component is light-gage steel joist which is formed by cold-bending and forming an aluminum-coated zinc steel strip. According to the construction method provided by the invention, the aluminum-coated zinc steel strip is assembled from the cold-bent and formed light-gage steel joist, the assemblystructure shortens the construction period to a very great extent, a building process adopts dry-process operation, is free of wet-process operation, assembly is performed on a plant processing site,assembly can be accomplished through block-building type simple assembly, the construction period is short, and field assembly is time-saving and labor-saving; and quality and anti-seismic property of the cold-bent thin-wall light steel structure building are excellent than those of a conventional structure, so that management is convenient. The building uses an environment-friendly energy-savingmaterial, and a waste material can be utilized for a second time; the obtained roof is stable in structure, and is not liable to move for a long time; and the obtained exterior wall has a ventilatingfunction, so that moist gas is smoothly discharged, and indoor air is effectively circulated to form a circulating system with outside.
本发明提供了一种冷弯薄壁轻钢结构建筑的施工方法,包括主体构件施工、墙板施工、屋架施工、屋面施工及外墙施工,轻钢主体构件采用镀铝锌钢带通过冷弯成型的轻钢龙骨。本发明提供的施工方法,采用镀铝锌钢带通过冷弯成型的轻钢龙骨组装而成,装配式结构很大程度缩短工期,建造过程采用干法作业,无湿法作业,工厂加工现场装配,只需经过“搭积木”式的简单拼装即可完成,工期短,现场组装省时省力;质量和抗震性能优于传统结构,便于管理;该建筑使用环保节能材料,废旧材料可二次利用;得到的屋面,结构稳定,时间长久不易移位;得到的外墙,具有透气功能,使潮气顺利排出,让屋内空气有效流通,与外界形成循环系统。
