Large-area curtain wall steel keel mounting method
The invention discloses a large-area curtain wall steel keel installation method. The method comprises the following steps that a plurality of main pipes, a plurality of surface layer steel keels, a plurality of corner connectors and a plurality of bolts are prepared, a long-strip-shaped adjusting hole is formed in the center of the horizontal edge, and the adjusting hole is perpendicular to a connecting line of the vertical edge and the horizontal edge; then, connecting holes are formed in the upper side face or/and the lower side face, corresponding to each fixing point, of the main pipe; the corner connector are fixed on the main pipes, it is ensured that the vertical edges of the corner connector face outwards and the inner surfaces of the vertical edges are away from the main pipes bya certain distance, and then the main pipes are mounted and fixed on the wall surface; the surface layer steel keels are welded to the outer surfaces of the vertical edges of the corner connectors, and coordinates of all point positions, located on the corresponding main pipes, of the surface layer steel keels are detected through a total station; and if the error between the point position coordinates and the designed point position coordinates is larger than 5 mm, the corresponding corner connectors are screwed and moved to drive the surface layer steel keels to move so as to adjust the point position coordinates, and then the bolts are screwed. According to the method, the radian error of the curtain wall surface layer steel keel can be adjusted, and the mounting precision of the curtain wall surface layer steel keel is improved.
本发明公开了一种大面积幕墙钢龙骨安装方法,包括以下步骤:准备若干主管、若干面层钢龙骨、若干角码和若干螺栓,水平边中心设有长条形的调节孔且调节孔垂直于竖直边和水平边的连接线;然后在每个固定点对应主管的上侧面或/和下侧面上开设连接孔;将角码固定在主管上,并保证角码的竖直边朝外且竖直边内表面远离主管一定距离,然后在墙体表面安装固定主管;将面层钢龙骨焊接在角码竖直边的外表面,再采用全站仪检测面层钢龙骨位于对应主管的各点位坐标;若点位坐标与设计点位坐标的误差大于5mm,则拧移动对应角码带动面层钢龙骨移动以对各点位坐标进行调整,然后拧紧螺栓。该方法能够调整幕墙面层钢龙骨弧度误差,提高幕墙面层钢龙骨的安装精度。
