The invention relates to a bolt-type horizontal and vertical frame connection structure and a construction method thereof. The bolt-type horizontal and vertical frame connection structure is used forconnecting a horizontal frame and a vertical frame. The bolt-type horizontal and vertical frame connection structure includes insertion connection holes formed in the vertical frame and arranged corresponding to the connection positions of the horizontal frame, guide rails arranged on the horizontal frame, insertion connection pieces slidably arranged on the guide rails and limiting pieces connected to the horizontal frame. Through the adjustment of the positions of the insertion connection pieces, so that the insertion connection pieces are partially inserted into the insertion connection holes so as to realize the connection between the horizontal frame and the mullion; and the parts, positioned on the guide rails, of the insertion connection pieces are limited and fixed with the limiting pieces. The bolt-type horizontal and vertical frame connection structure is uniformly stressed and is safe and reliable, the installation sequence is not emphasized, other vertical frames can be arranged first and then connection is performed through pins, no other accessories such as corner braces is required for connection and installation, and the preparation time before the installation is short.
