The invention relates to the field of construction waste clearing devices, in particular to a construction waste clearing device in high-rise building construction. The construction waste clearing device comprises a clearing trolley which is placed in an inner cavity of a clearing floor, a clearing box is arranged in an inner cavity of the clearing trolley, and supporting inserting rods are slidably inserted in the front side and the rear side of the upper end of the clearing trolley.
