Reinforced cracked original bamboo and reinforcing method for cracked original bamboo
The invention discloses a reinforced cracked original bamboo and a reinforcing method for the cracked original bamboo. The reinforced cracked original bamboo comprises a cracked original bamboo body and a first reinforcing structure. The cracked original bamboo body comprises bamboo joints and at least two bamboo tubes, the two adjacent bamboo tubes are connected through the bamboo joints, and atleast one crack is formed in the bamboo tubes. The first reinforcing structure is wrapped on the outer surfaces of the bamboo tubes, and at least part of the first reinforcing structure is arranged around the crack. According to the reinforced cracked original bamboo disclosed by the embodiment of the invention, the crack of the original bamboo is surrounded and coated by the first reinforcing structure, so that the surface of the cracked original bamboo body forms circumferential limiting and circumferential reinforcing, the mechanical property of the cracked original bamboo is effectively enhanced, the further expansion of the crack is inhibited, and the bearing capacity and the deformation resistance of the cracked original bamboo body are improved. Further drying shrinkage of the cracked original bamboo body is effectively prevented by inhibiting the exchange of water on the surface of the cracked original bamboo body and water in the external environment.
本发明公开了一种加固式开裂原竹及开裂原竹的加固方法,其中加固式开裂原竹包括:开裂原竹体和第一加固结构。开裂原竹体包括竹节和至少两节竹筒,相邻的两节竹筒之间通过竹节连接,竹筒上形成有至少一条裂缝。第一加固结构包覆在竹筒的外表面上,第一加固结构的至少部分环绕裂缝设置。本发明实施例的加固式开裂原竹,通过采用第一加固结构将原竹的裂缝进行环绕和包覆,使开裂原竹体的表面形成环向限位和周向加固,因此开裂后的原竹的力学性能得以有效增强,抑制了裂缝的进一步扩展,提升了开裂原竹体的承载能力和抗变形能力。通过抑制开裂原竹体表面的水分与外界环境中水分的交换,有效地防止了开裂原竹体进一步干缩。
