Protective shed frame for overpass construction of crossing railway and erecting method
The invention discloses a protective shed frame for overpass construction of a crossing railway and an erecting method. The shed frame comprises a structural steel ceiling and side structural steel frames. Each side structural steel frame comprises two main stand columns, and the bottom ends of the main stand columns are provided with trolleys. Each side of each rail is provided with a straight track and an arc-shaped track. The two main stand columns on the same side are each fixedly provided with a rotating shaft and a positioning pin, wherein the two main stand columns are provided with a fixed beam and a cantilever beam, and limiting channel steel is arranged between the fixed beam and the cantilever beam. A steel bracket is arranged on one main stand column. The protective shed framefurther comprises a guide column. The structural steel ceiling is provided with guide holes used for rotationally fitting with the guide column. The method is characterized in that the trolleys are rotated to form a temporary supporting top frame, then one corner of the structural steel ceiling is in rotational fit with the temporary supporting top frame, then pulling and traction are carried out,and the protective shed frame is aligned and covered. The shed frame and the erecting method can ensure the smoothness and stability of structural steel ceiling hoisting of the crossing railway, andobjects are prevented from accidentally falling in the hoisting process of the crossing railway.
本发明公开了一种跨越铁路的高架桥施工时用的防护棚架及搭设方法,该棚架包括型钢顶棚和侧部型钢框架;侧部型钢框架包括两根主立柱,主立柱底端设有小车;铁轨的每一侧设有直轨道和弧形轨道;同一侧的两根主立柱分别固定有转轴和定位销,两根主立柱上设有固定梁和悬臂梁;固定梁与悬臂梁之间设有限位槽钢;一根主立柱上设有钢牛腿;该防护棚架还包括导向柱,型钢顶棚上设有用于与导向柱可转动配合的导向孔;该方法的关键在于:旋转小车,形成临时支撑顶框,再将型钢顶棚一角与临时支撑顶框可转动配合,再拉拽牵引,使其对正覆盖。该棚架及搭设方法能保证跨越铁路吊运型钢顶棚时平顺、稳定,避免跨越铁路的吊运过程中意外向铁路落物。
