The invention relates to a curtain sliding or lifting and window glass cleaning device. The curtain sliding or lifting and window glass cleaning device comprises a window glass cleaning mechanism anda curtain sliding or lifting mechanism. The window glass cleaning mechanism comprises inner guide pillars. Two of the inner guide pillars in the vertical direction are arranged on the two sides of thefront face of one window glass frame of a double-glass sliding window separately, and the other two inner guide pillars in the vertical direction are arranged on the two sides of the back face of theother window glass frame correspondingly. The top end of each inner guide pillar is provided with an inner motor, and belt pulleys are arranged on the inner motors in a matched mode. Belt pulleys arealso arranged at the bottom ends of the inner guide pillars. Inner belts are arranged on the belt pulleys of the inner motors and the belt pulleys at the bottom ends of the inner guide pillars. The two ends of a main brush rod are fixed to the inner belts on the two sides separately and can move up and down along with the inner belts. An auxiliary brush rod parallel to the main brush rod is placed on the other side of the other window glass.
