The invention relates to a multifunctional ladder for relay protection wiring. The multifunctional ladder comprises a ladder body, a placement assembly arranged in the ladder body, a rolling wheel assembly and a fixing assembly which are arranged at the bottom of the ladder body as well as a tool box hung on the side part of the ladder body; and the rolling wheel assembly comprises a fixing blockconnected with the bottom end of the ladder body and a rolling wheel supporting piece connected with the bottom of the ladder body. According to the multifunctional ladder for relay protection wiring,the rolling wheel assembly capable of limiting is arranged, so that moving is convenient, and limiting can be achieved; and the fixing assembly is arranged, so that the ladder is stably placed when an operator comes across uneven ground during wiring, the probability of wiring errors caused by fatigue is reduced, safe and stable operation of a power grid is effectively guaranteed, and simple structure and low cost can be achieved.
