Control method for preventing long-term settlement of metro shield tunnel
The invention discloses a control method for preventing long-term settlement of a metro shield tunnel. During construction in a shield tunnel, the bottom of a duct piece is drilled by using a diggingmethod through relative rotation of an outer sleeve and a spiral drill pipe in the outer sleeve, when the spiral drill pipe is driven to spirally drill by one power head, the outer sleeve is driven tosettle by the other power head and synchronously follows to descend together with the spiral drill pipe, the outer sleeve is ejected into soil below the duct piece in sections in the shield tunnel byusing a hydraulic jacking station or jacking type pile-sinking or pressing type pile-sinking equipment, and soil within a pile pressing range is continuously discharged to the shield tunnel throughrotary drilling of the spiral drill pipe in the outer sleeve, so that the synchronous settlement of the outer sleeve and the spiral drill pipe is realized. The control method has the beneficial effects that the load of the metro tunnel during operation is transferred to the soil with high bearing capacity through a formed pile body, so that the long-term settlement of the metro tunnel during operation is reduced and prevented, the construction and operation are simple and during operation, the equipment is less, and the construction cost is low.
