The invention discloses a drainage device for tunnel pavement water seepage and a construction process thereof. The drainage device comprises a water seepage hole formed in a pavement and a drainage channel communicating with a drainage ditch, wherein the drainage channel is arranged in the pavement in an embedded mode, a packing layer is arranged at the top of the drainage channel, the top of thepacking layer is flush with the pavement, and the construction process comprises the following steps of drain tank chiseling, water seepage hole plugging, drainage channel mounting, waterproof layermounting and packing layer mounting. According to the device and the process, leakage water of the water seepage hole in the tunnel pavement is treated in a drainage-blockage combined mode, the problem of water seepage is solved fundamentally through blockage of the water seepage hole, even if the blockage of the water seepage hole fails, the leakage water can be drained to the drainage ditch through the drainage channel to be drained, and the service life is greatly prolonged under double measures, so that the problem of water seepage of the tunnel pavement is effectively solved, and the device is wide in applicability, low in manufacturing cost, convenient to construct, good in treatment effect, capable of ensuring tunnel operation safety to the maximum extent and suitable for popularization.
