The invention discloses a cross-shaped sliding shockproof platform. The cross-shaped sliding shockproof platform is provided with two combined sliding units, each sliding unit is provided with a sliding guide piece and a sliding piece, one sliding piece can slide in a reciprocating mode in the horizontal direction of the X axis, and the other sliding piece can slide in a reciprocating mode in thehorizontal direction of the Y axis. Particularly, each sliding guide piece is provided with a base, a plurality of vertical supporting rollers which are arranged between the upper face and the lower face of the base in a surrounding mode and roll circularly, and two sets of lateral guide devices arranged on the two side edges of the base, and each lateral guide device is provided with a circulatorand a plurality of lateral supporting rollers which are arranged on the circulator and roll circularly.
