Self-heating graphene sheet heating wall and manufacturing method thereof
The invention relates to the technical field of electric heating walls, in particular to a self-heating graphene sheet heating wall. The wall comprises a base body and a temperature control unit, wherein a thermal insulating bottom plate is arranged on one side of the base body, an anchoring part is arranged on the base body, a heating element is arranged on one side of the anchoring part, an airconvection layer is arranged between the heating element and the base body, the heating element comprises a fireproof layer, grid cloth, a heating sheet and a decorative panel, the heating sheet is electrically connected with the temperature control unit through a wire, the fireproof layer is fixed on the anchoring part, and the bottom and the top of the heating element are provided with a cold air inlet and a hot air outlet respectively which communicate with the air convection layer. The invention further provides a manufacturing method of the self-heating graphene sheet heating wall. The comfort and high efficiency of indoor temperature heating are improved, meanwhile, heat amount generated by two sides of the heating sheet is fully utilized, additional energy loss is avoided, energy consumption is further reduced, and energy conservation and environmental protection are achieved.
本发明涉及电暖墙技术领域,尤其是一种自发热石墨烯薄板发热墙体,包括基体和温度控制单元,基体一侧设有隔热底板,基体上设锚固件,锚固件的一侧设有发热体,发热体与基体间设有空气对流层,发热体包括防火层、网格布、发热板和装饰面板,发热板通过导线与温度控制单元电性连接,防火层固定在锚固件上,发热体的底部和顶部分别设有与空气对流层相连通的冷空气入口和热空气出口。本发明还提供了一种自发热石墨烯薄板发热墙体的其制造方法,本提升了室内温度加热的舒适性和高效性,同时也充分利用了发热板的两面发热热量,避免了额外的能量损耗,进一步降低了能耗,节能环保。
