The invention provides an infrared temperature measurement face recognition access control terminal. The terminal comprises a door frame; an antitheft door is hinged to the left side of the front faceof the door frame through a plurality of hinges; an infrared temperature measurement sensor and a temperature display screen are sequentially bolted to the top of the right side of the front face ofthe antitheft door from top to bottom; and an intelligent access control lock is bolted to the center of the side, opposite to the door frame, of the antitheft door body. The infrared temperature measurement sensor is matched with the temperature display screen in structure, infrared temperature measurement processing can be carried out on the body temperature of people going in and out, people carrying influenza viruses are prevented from entering important places, and infection of personnel in the place is avoided; through the cooperation of a high-definition camera, an iris sensor, an irisacquisition module, a face recognition module, a microprocessor, a control module, an intercom interaction module, an alarm module and a display module, people going in and out can open the intelligent access control lock in three modes of face recognition, iris comparison and intercom communication, so that the overall safety performance of the access control terminal is enhanced.
