The invention relates to a concrete structure self-immune self-repairing microcapsule and a preparation method. The microcapsule is composed of a capsule wall and a core material in the capsule, the capsule wall is urea resin, and the core material is a mixture of ethyl phenylacetate and epoxy resin. Arabic gum solid, ammonium chloride solid, resorcinol and urea are weighed and dissolved in purified water, and a wall material solution is prepared; a core material solution is prepared from epoxy resin and ethyl phenylacetate; the wall material solution is adjusted to be acidic, the wall material solution is heated, the core material solution is added, stirring is carried out, a formaldehyde solution is added, the rotating speed is then adjusted to be 650 r/h-950 r/h, the temperature is keptat 55-85 DEG C, and stirring for 2-5 h is carried out; and the turbid liquid is cooled, suction filtration is carried out on the turbid liquid, purified water is added for washing, suction filtrationfor 3-4 times is carried out, and the filtrate is dried to obtain the product. The microcapsule prepared by the invention can ensure the service life of concrete to a great extent, effectively improves the corrosion resistance of the concrete, and can self-repair the cracking and shrinkage conditions of the concrete after being used for a certain time, thereby lowering the later maintenance cost.
本发明是一种混凝土结构自免疫自修复微胶囊及制备方法。由囊壁及囊内的芯材构成,囊壁为脲醛树脂,所述芯材为苯乙酸乙酯与环氧树脂混合。称取阿拉伯树胶固体、氯化铵固体、间苯二酚、尿素溶于纯净水中,配成壁材溶液;环氧树脂与苯乙酸乙酯,配成芯材溶液;调节壁材溶液为酸性,加热壁材溶液,将芯材溶液加入,搅拌后,加入甲醛溶液,再调节转速至650r/h~950r/h,保持温度55~85摄氏度,搅拌2~5h;悬浊液冷却,抽滤悬浊液,加纯净水洗涤、抽滤3~4次,烘干滤出物后得到产品。本发明所制得微胶囊,可以极大程度上保证混凝土的寿命,有效的改善混凝土的抗腐蚀性,且使用一定时间后,可以自修复混凝土开裂收缩情况,降低后期维护成本。
