The invention discloses a flexible veneer prefabricated part and a forming method thereof. As one end surface of a die is attached to one end surface of a substrate layer of a flexible veneer decorative sheet, one end surface of the die compresses one end surface of the flexible veneer decorative sheet. During horizontal paving, a gap between adjacent flexible veneer decorative sheets is pointed by employing an adhesive tape, mortar and a blocking material, and/or by bending the whole flexible veneer decorative sheet at a junction of horizontal paving and vertical paving, defects that in the prior art, the paved flexible decorative sheet is poor in durability, easy to fall off, uncontrollable in quality, inaccurate to position and easy to shift and leak mortar and the like are overcome. The method is simple and easy to operate, and the flexible veneer prefabricated part prepared by the method is better in durability, unlikely to fall off, easier to control quality, unlikely to shift and leak mortar. The flexible veneer prefabricated part is better in integrity.
本发明公开了一种柔性饰面预制构件及其成型方法，通过模具一端面与所述柔性饰面装饰板的基底层一端面相贴，使所述模具一端面压紧所述柔性饰面装饰板一端面，在平铺时，使用胶条、砂浆、封堵材料对相邻所述柔性饰面装饰板之间的缝隙进行勾缝处理，和或在平铺、立铺交接处，通过将一整块柔性饰面装饰板弯折以形成预制角度，克服了现有技术中铺设的柔性装饰材料耐久性差、装饰材料易脱落、质量不可控、以及定位不准确、容易发生装饰材料移位以及漏浆等缺陷，本发明所述方法简单、易操作，且使用该方法制得的柔性饰面预制构件耐久性更好、装饰材料不易脱落、质量更易控制、不易移位以及漏浆，柔性饰面预制构件的整体性更好。
