The block grooving machine includes a U-shaped protective board, a platform, a table facet, a motor fixed frame, a cutting piece, a block pusher, a lateral adjuster, a three-phase asynchronous motor, a triangle belt, a transmission shaft, a double groove belt pulley, casters and a metal braid mesh, a longitudinal adjuster, a pressing plate and a sliding groove. The embedded pipeline construction method that first a pipeline is installed and then an infill wall is built is adopted for the autoclaved aerated concrete block wall. [-shaped groove gaps are cut out by a small amount of infill wall blocks so that the pipeline can be built in the [-shaped groove gaps, the cracking of wall plastering layers can be effectively avoided, the impressions of the wall is improved, the construction quality of the infill wall isimproved, the construction processes are reduced, the secondary open cut is reduced, the repair groove is reduced, and the construction cost is reduced.
本发明涉及墙体施工领域，且公开了一种蒸压加气混凝土砌块墙体施工方法及其砌块开槽机，所述砌块开槽机包括U型防护板、台架、台面、电机固定架、切割片、砌块推拉器砌块推拉器、侧向调节器、三相异步电机、三角带、传动轴、双槽皮带轮、脚轮、金属编织网、纵向调节器、压板、滑槽。通过蒸压加气混凝土砌块墙体采取先行安装管线，后砌筑填充墙的内置管线预埋施工方法，将少量填充墙砌块切割出“匚”槽型空隙，使管线嵌固在砌块“匚”槽型空隙内，有效的避免墙面抹灰层开裂的现象，提升墙体观感，确保填充墙施工质量提高，且减少施工工序，减少二次开明槽，减少补槽，降低施工成本。
