The invention discloses a conductive dehumidifying sound-insulation flame-retardant sound-insulation coating and a preparation method thereof. The sound insulation coating is composed of a matrix anda functional filler, wherein the matrix is a silicon-based resin matrix prepared by taking starch grafted sodium acrylate and an ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer as raw materials, wherein the functional filler comprise three-layer structure conductive resonance particles which are prepared from tetraethoxysilane, saturated ammonia water, glass micro-powder with the particle size of 2000-4000 meshes, tin chloride dihydrate, antimony chloride, citric acid powder and sodium bicarbonate powder and have the particle size of 500-800 meshes. The three-layer structure specifically comprises glass micro-powder, an active silicon dioxide substrate layer and an antimony-doped tin oxide outer coating film layer from inside to outside. The coating has the advantages of high temperature resistance, self-conductivity, surface water resistance, sound insulation and shock absorption.
