The invention provides a hot asphalt mixture heat preservation transport vehicle. The transport vehicle comprises a vehicle body chassis, wherein a heat preservation box is arranged on a surface of the vehicle body chassis, the heat preservation box is composed of a stirring system on one side and a heat preservation heating system in the heat preservation box ,the stirring system comprises a hydraulic motor and a stirring assembly, an output end of the hydraulic motor is connected with a stirring assembly, the stirring assembly extends into the heat preservation box, the heat preservation heating system comprises a combustor, a combustion chamber and a smoke filtering device, the combustor is connected with the combustion chamber, the smoke filtering device is arranged at a top end of theheat preservation box, and a box heat preservation layer is arranged on an outer wall of the heat preservation box. The transport vehicle is advantaged in that the shape of a tank body is redesigned,the section of the tank body is changed to be composed of two semicircles and a rectangle, the sectional area is increased, and then the size of transportable materials is increased.
本发明提供了一种热沥青混合料保温运输车，包括车体底盘，车体底盘表面设有保温箱体，所述保温箱体由一侧的搅拌系统及内部的保温加热系统组成，其中所述搅拌系统包括液压马达及搅拌组件，所述液压马达输出端连接所述搅拌组件，所述搅拌组件延伸至所述保温箱体内部，所述保温加热系统包括燃烧器、燃烧室及烟气过滤装置，所述燃烧器连接所述燃烧室，所述烟气过滤装置设于所述保温箱体顶端，所述保温箱体外壁设有箱体保温层。本发明重新设计了罐体形状，其截面改为由两个半圆形和一个长方形组成，增大了截面积，进而增大了可运输物料的体积。
