The invention discloses a kerb replacing device. The device comprises an old kerb recycling mechanism, wherein the old kerb recycling mechanism is provided with a first frame with a rightward opening,an old kerb recycling cavity is formed in the first frame, and two slideways are symmetrically arranged on a front wall and a rear wall of the first frame. The device is advantaged in that the soil around the old kerb is collected through a soil loosening mechanism, old kerbs are cut at equal intervals, the old kerbs are conveyed into the recycling cavity through a clamping mechanism, then new kerbs are automatically replaced at the original positions of the old kerbs through a new kerb placement mechanism, and the new kerbs are buried again through the recycled soil around the old kerbs. Thedevice is advantaged in that problems that a traditional kerb replacing mode depends on a large amount of labor, time and labor are wasted, and replacing efficiency is low are effectively solved.
