The equipment comprises a tractor, whereina protective frame and a mounting frame are arranged at a rear part of the tractor, a crushing heavy hammer is installed in the protection frame, a speed reducer is arranged on the mounting frame, aninput shaft of the speed reducer is in transmission connection with a rear axle belt of the tractor, an output shaft of the speed reducer is in transmission connection with a rotating shaft through achain, and the rotating shaft drives the other chain to rotate and lifts the crushing heavy hammer, so the pavement is broken. The equipment is advantaged in that a belt wheel is additionally arranged at a rear axle of the tractor, the protective frame, the crushing heavy hammer and other devices are additionally arranged on the rear portion of the tractor, the tractor is refitted into the pavement breaking equipment, compared with purchasing of an excavator, construction cost is greatly reduced, moreover, the pavement is broken through the gravity of the crushing heavy hammer, and the breaking speed is greatly increased compared with breaking of an excavator.
