Whole steel strand pulling method
The invention discloses a whole steel strand pulling method, and belongs to the technical field of prestress construction. The method comprises the following steps: (1) arranging a strand pulling machine, a workbench and a plurality of steel strands; (2) fixing the wire ends of the plurality of steel strands through a traction head; (3) enabling a traction cable to pass through a corrugated pipe and each guide hole, and tying a traction ring of the traction head; (4) starting the strand pulling machine to pull the traction head, and binding the steel strands in the traction process; and (5) after strand pulling is finished, turning down the strand pulling machine and a binding machine, detaching the traction head, and cutting off the multiple steel strands through a cutting machine. By means of the method, the strand pulling efficiency and quality can be greatly improved, labor and time are saved, meaningless waste of the steel strands is avoided, and the method is an important improvement on the prior art.
本发明公开了一种钢绞线整束穿束方法,属于预应力施工技术领域。其包括以下步骤:(1)设置穿束机、工作台和多卷钢绞线;(2)将多根钢绞线的线端通过牵引头进行固定;(3)将牵引线缆穿过波纹管和各导向孔,并拴住牵引头的牵引环;(4)开动穿束机,对牵引头进行牵引,同时在牵引过程中对钢绞线进行绑扎;(5)穿束结束后,关闭穿束机和绑扎机,卸下牵引头,并通过切割机将多根钢绞线截断。本发明方法能够极大地提升穿束的效率和质量,节省人工,节约时间,避免对钢绞线的无谓浪费,是对现有技术的一种重要改进。
