The invention relates to a combined mold suitable for a long-distance cast-in-place culvert. The combined mold comprises: a concrete base plate; an outer reinforcement cage seated and fixed on the concrete base plate; an inner reinforcement cage arranged in the outer reinforcement cage in a penetrating mode, wherein an inflatable rubber core mold is arranged in the inner reinforcement cage; two side molding plates arranged on the left side and the right side of the outer reinforcement cage, wherein the bottoms of the side molding plates are arranged on the ground surface in a sitting mode; twoend molding plates arranged at the front end and the rear end of the outer reinforcement cage, wherein the two ends of each end molding plate abut against the side molding plates, and the end moldingplates are tied and fixed to the front end and the rear end of the outer reinforcement cage; two supporting devices are used for laterally supporting the side molding plates and correspondingly arranged on one sides of the side molding plate; and tying devices used for tying and positioning the tops of the side molding plates and arranged between the side molding plates. According to the combinedmold, the side molding plates and the end molding plates are effectively supported through the supporting devices, the tying devices and the like so as to define a frame for casting.
