The ground lock device comprises a power module, a control circuit, a lifting mechanism, a first electromagnet mechanism and a locking mechanism, wherein an output end of the control circuit is connected with an input end of the first electromagnet mechanism and an input end of the locking mechanism and can send control signals to the first electromagnet mechanism and the locking mechanism, a first end of the lifting mechanism is fixed through a rotating shaft and can rotate with the rotating shaft as the center, the first electromagnet mechanism can drive the lifting mechanism to rotate with the rotating shaft as the center, the locking mechanism is arranged close to the lifting mechanism, the lifting mechanism is provided with a locking matching unit, and the locking mechanism can be matched with the locking matching unit to lock the lifting mechanism. The ground lock device is advantaged in that theintelligent degree and the response speed of a parking space ground lock can be improved, moreover, electric energy can be saved.
