The invention discloses a road isolation guardrail cleaning device. The road isolation guardrail cleaning device can be adjusted according to guardrails with different widths, a screw rod is rotated to adjust the distance between the two second rotating shafts, a motor is started to drive the output shaft to rotate, a built-in hose supplies water to a shower head, one part of water sprayed by the shower head can be absorbed by cleaning rolling brushes on two sides to clean the guardrails due to the centrifugal force, and the other part of water canbe used for watering potted plants on the tops of the guardrails; and the screw can be adjusted when the output shaft works, so the real-time adjusting function can be achieved without stopping the output shaft.
