Drainage method enabling underground comprehensive pipe gallery to penetrate through canal in dry season
The invention provides a drainage method enabling an underground comprehensive pipe gallery to penetrate through a canal in a dry season. The drainage method includes the following steps that 1, a drainage channel and a water passing pipe are built at a position parallel to the position where a foundation pit passes through the original canal; 2, a water injection test is performed on the water passing pipe and the drainage channel; 3, after the water passing pipe and the drainage channel pass the water injection test, water in the original canal is drained to the drainage channel and the water passing pipe, and then two ends of the original canal are blocked to achieve safe canal diversion; 4, after canal diversion is completed, foundation pit excavation and subsequent pipe gallery structure construction are performed; 5, foundation pit backfilling is performed; 6, the canal is restored to allow water to flow through the canal; and 7, drainage channel backfilling is performed. According to the drainage method, the water passing pipe is erected on the upper portion of the pipe gallery foundation pit to drain the water in the canal from an upstream position to a downstream position,double-layer profile steel is adopted for supporting the water passing pipe, and it is avoided that the water passing pipe is damaged by excessive stress; hoisting is easy; and the cooperative designof steel sheet pile and steel support erection at the water passing pipe is used for ensuring that water passing pipe bearing platforms do not move, and it is guaranteed that the drainage method is safe and reliable.
本发明提供一种地下综合管廊穿枯水期河渠的引流方法,包括如下步骤:步骤1、在基坑过原河渠处平行位置修建引流渠和过水管;步骤2、对过水管、引流渠进行注水试验;步骤3、待过水管、引流渠注水试验通过后将原河渠引流至引流渠和过水管,然后封堵原河渠两端,实现河渠安全导流;步骤4、河渠导流完成后进行基坑开挖及后续管廊结构施工;步骤5、基坑回填;步骤6、将河渠恢复,进行河渠通水;步骤7、进行引流渠回填。本发明通过在管廊基坑上部架设过水管将河渠由上游引流至下游,采用双层型钢支撑过水管,避免过水管受力过大而破坏,且吊装简单,利用过水管处钢板桩、钢支撑架设的协同设计确保过水管承台不发生移位,保证本引流方法安全可靠。
