A reinforced reverse filtering liner type riprap revetment sand filling pipe bag comprises a sand filling pipe bag, a reinforced reverse filtering liner, a riprap accumulation body and cured sandy soil and is characterized in that the sand filling pipe bag is arranged to be of a tubular bag structure, the section of the sand filling pipe bag is arranged to be oval, and the cured sandy soil is arranged in the sand filling pipe bag; and the reinforced reverse filtering liner is arranged on the lower portion of the sand filling pipe bag, and the riprap accumulation body is arranged on the upper portion of the reinforced reverse filtering liner and on one side of the sand filling pipe bag. Consumption of aggregated rock resources is reduced, full play is given to the limited aggregated rock resources in a riprap revetment structure, the stability and long-term durability of the riprap revetment are kept, and material consumption is reduced to the maximum extent.
