The lower portion of the oil absorption rail is movably connected with a guide-out pipe. A fixed frame is movably connected in the processing machine. A push-out plate is movably connected in the processing machine. The upper portion of the push-out plate is movably connected with a moving sliding block. The water inlet rail is opened, a mixed solution of seawater and crude oil enters the processing machine through the water inlet rail, the surface of the oil adsorption plate is made of high-oil-adsorbability sponge as a raw material, crude oil is adsorbed in the sponge through high adsorbability, and therefore the effect of only adsorbing crude oil and not adsorbing seawater is achieved, and leaking crude oil is collectedto the maximum degree.
