Waste tire consolidated foundation and construction method thereof
The invention discloses a waste tire consolidated foundation and a construction method thereof. The foundation comprises multi-directional shock isolation units and a foundation body, wherein the multi-directional shock isolation units are arranged on the foundation body in a staggered mode, each multi-directional shock isolation unit comprises a first tire crown piece, a second tire crown piece,a third tire crown piece and a fourth tire crown piece, wherein the top surfaces formed by splicing the first tire crown pieces, the second tire crown pieces, the third tire crown pieces and the fourth tire crown pieces are I-shaped, the first tire crown pieces are connected with the second tire crown pieces, and the third tire crown pieces and the fourth tire crown pieces are connected with the first tire crown pieces and the second tire crown pieces; and the construction method comprises the following steps of designing the shock isolation units; manufacturing the tire crown pieces; prefabricating multi-directional support dies; positioning and hole guiding; arranging the shock isolation units; and repeating the fourth step to the sixth step till the foundation needing to be reinforced is completely covered. According to the waste tire consolidated foundation and the construction method thereof, the construction procedures and steps are basically completed manually, the constructioncost is greatly reduced, the construction process is simple, and the construction period is shorter.
本发明公开了一种废旧轮胎加固地基及其施工方法,所述地基包括多向隔震单元和地基,多向隔震单元在地基上交错排列,多向隔震单元包括第一轮胎冠片、第二轮胎冠片、第三轮胎冠片和第四轮胎冠片,第一轮胎冠片、第二轮胎冠片、第三轮胎冠片、第四轮胎冠片拼合而成的顶面呈工字型,第一轮胎冠片与第二轮胎冠片相连,第三轮胎冠片、第四轮胎冠片均与第一轮胎冠片、第二轮胎冠片相连。所述施工方法包括以下步骤:隔震单元的设计;轮胎冠片的制作;多向支架模的预制;定位与引孔;隔震单元的布置;重复步骤四~六,直至将需要加固的地基全部覆盖。本发明的施工工序步骤基本都是人工完成,大大地降低了施工成本,且施工工艺简单,施工周期较短。
