本发明涉及适用于空间受限条件下的基坑围护桩及其施工方法,所述围护桩为钢筋混凝土桩,其靠近既有地下建筑物一侧的内部竖向通长配筋,靠近另一侧基坑底部以上的部分局部不配筋,形成后期凿除素混凝土部分。本发明涉及的基坑围护桩结构,通过合理灵活的配筋方式构建了围护桩结构中的素混凝土部分,通过后期凿除桩体的素混凝土部分,缩小围护桩结构的横截面积和桩体体积,从而相对扩大了围护桩内侧的结构实施空间,在空间区域受限的情况下尽可能的预留出更大的新建结构实施空间,不仅最大限度的保障了围护桩承载力和围护体系安全,最大限度的减少对既有结构影响,也最大限度的利用了空间区域。
