Connecting structure of prestressed concrete pipe pile and construction method thereof
The invention discloses a connecting structure of a prestressed concrete pipe pile and a construction method thereof. The connecting structure comprises an upper pile, a lower pile, a pile connectingpart, a closing plate and an anti-corrosion filling material. The pile connecting part is bolted to the upper pile and the lower pile separately and an anti-corrosion coating is brushed to the surfaceof the pile connecting part, the closing plate is arranged on the periphery of the pile connecting part in a sleeving manner and the closing plate is fixedly connected to the upper pile and the lowerpile, separately, a closed space is formed among the closing plate, the pile connecting part, the upper pile and the lower pile, and the closed space is filled with the anti-corrosion filling material. Compared with an existing connecting structure, a detailed structure of a triple anti-corrosion connecting joint is put forward for the first time in a design of the prestressed concrete pipe pile.By means of triple corrosion resistance, the anti-corrosion performance of the connecting joint is improved obviously and the service life of the connecting joint is prolonged obviously, so that theconnecting structure can meet the demand on structural durability in a highly eroding environment.
本发明公开了一种预应力混凝土管桩的连接构造及其施工方法,其中连接构造包括上节桩、下节桩、节桩连接件、封闭板及防腐填充材料,所述节桩连接件连接分别与所述上节桩、所述下节桩栓接,且所述节桩连接件的表面涂刷有防腐涂料,所述节桩连接件的外周套设有封闭板,且所述封闭板分别与所述上节桩、所述下节桩固定连接,所述封闭板、所述节桩连接件、所述上节桩和所述下节桩之间形成封闭空间,所述封闭空间填充有所述防腐填充材料。与现有连接构造相比,本发明在预应力混凝土管桩设计中,首次提出了三重防腐连接接头的详细构造,通过三重防腐,显著提升了连接接头的防腐性能和使用寿命,能满足高侵蚀环境下的结构耐久性要求。
