Axial force compensating type prestress fish-bellied type foundation pit steel support structure and construction method thereof
The invention relates to an axial force compensating type prestress fish-bellied type foundation pit steel support structure and a construction method thereof. Supports at two ends of a transverse steel tube support are located on a surrounding purlin of the upper end part of a foundation pit fender post, that is, two outer ends hinged to a force transferring steel tube segment are hinged to the surrounding purlin by end part hinge chains, the surrounding purlin is fixed to the upper surface, located on the foundation pit fender post, on the supports at two ends arranged in parallel, two innerends hinged to the force transferring steel tube segment are hinged to a hinge flange conversion steel tube segment on a flange by middle hinge chains, and a flange steel tube segment is arranged inthe middle of the flange. The flange steel tube segment is located in the middle of the transverse steel tube support, and tube segments can be increased or the lengths of the tube segments can be changed according to dimension of a foundation pit, and the hinged connection is fixed by a joint pin bolt. The axial force compensating type prestress fish-bellied type foundation pit steel support structure is suitable for large foundation pit and foundation pit group engineering, wherein it is strict in deformation demand of the foundation pit and external prestress cannot be applied to anchor thefoundation pit. Meanwhile, the axial force compensating type prestress fish-bellied type foundation pit steel support structure overcomes the problems that axial force compensation of a conventionaljack type horizontal support is easy to be unstable due to lateral deflection and columns are hard to resist horizontal deformation.
