The invention provides excavator pedals and an excavator, and relates to the field of engineering machinery. Each excavator pedal comprises a pedal body and a pedal clamping seat; each pedal body comprises a connecting end and an extending end corresponding to the connecting end; each connecting end is hinged to a corresponding pedal mounting position so that the corresponding extending end can beoverturned around the connecting end and embedded into an excavator upper vehicle box body structure; and each pedal clamping seat is used for locking the corresponding pedal body embedded into the upper vehicle box body structure. The excavator comprises an excavator upper vehicle and the excavator pedals; the pedal mounting positions are arranged on the excavator upper vehicle; the connecting end of each pedal is hinged to the corresponding pedal mounting position; and the pedal clamping seats are arranged on the upper vehicle box body structure. The excavator pedals and the excavator can be overturned and embedded into the excavator upper vehicle box body structure when the pedal bodies do not work, so that the upper vehicle width of the whole excavator is reduced when the pedal bodiesdo not work, and the usage of the pedals is reduced.
