According to the excavator, the electric power is provided through the external mine cable, and the cable winding device can unwind the cable when moving forwards and wind the cable when moving backwards, so that the situation that the cable is rolled when backward moving is performed is avoided, and workers do not need to move the cable; and excavating devices can form space dead-corner-free operation, so that the operation efficiency and the operation safety of the mining excavator are greatly improved, and the labor intensity is remarkably reduced.
