The invention discloses a water saving system for a household bathroom. The water saving system comprises a washing basin, a closestool, a mop basin and a sewer, wherein the closestool and the mop basin communicate with the sewer; an automatic induction switch is arranged between the washing basin and a self-suction water pump; the water saving system further comprises a water storage and filtering tank; a water storage and filtering tank water inlet and a water storage and filtering tank overflow port are formed in the upper part of the water storage and filtering tank; a first water outlet and a second water outlet are formed in the lower part of the water storage and filtering tank; a cleaning port is formed in the bottom of the water storage and filtering tank; the self-suction water pump is communicated with the water storage and filtering tank water inlet; the water storage and filtering tank overflow port and the second water outlet are connected with a water pipe, and a water outlet of the water pipe is formed above the mop basin; and the first water outlet is communicated with the closestool. The water saving system effectively saves water resources, is convenient, practical, easy to mount and popularize, can pre-bury pipelines in a wall, does not occupy too much space and does not affect visual aesthetic feeling, adopts a simple principle and can be conveniently applied to other environments where water resources can be reutilized.
