The invention discloses a kitchen and bathroom moisture-proof structure. The kitchen and bathroom moisture-proof structure comprises a wall body and a floor, a first water-proof surface is arranged onone side of a kitchen, a second water-proof surface is arranged on one side of a bathroom, a first water-proof structure is arranged on the first water-proof surface, a second water-proof structure is arranged on the second water-proof surface, and the height of the first water-proof structure is larger than or equal to 1 m; the height of the second water-proof structure is greater than or equalto 1.8 m; and the floor is located in the kitchen and the bathroom, and a third water-proof structure is arranged on the upper end face of the floor. Through the action among the first water-proof structure, the second water-proof structure and the third water-proof structure, humid air is blocked outside the wall body and the floor, and due to the fact that the humid air is large in self weight,mostly settles on the lower portion of a room and is easily condensed into liquid water on the smooth surface, water in the humid air can be drained through a floor drain, and the moisture-proof effect can be further improved.
