The invention discloses a metal wallboard. The wallboard comprises a metal frame, a decorative plate and a metal sheet are fixed to the two sides of the metal frame, a containing space is defined by the decorative plate, the metal sheet and the metal frame, and the containing space is filled with thermal insulation materials. Compared with the prior art, the metal wallboard has the advantages thatthe indoor decorative plate, the thermal insulation materials and the outdoor metal sheet are combined into a whole to form the integrated metal wallboard, which means that the metal sheet and the decorative plate are combined together through the metal frame, and the containing space defined by the decorative plate, the metal sheet and the metal frame is filled with the thermal insulation materials, so that the indoor and outdoor decoration can both be considered, the thermal insulation function is achieved, and mounting is convenient and fast. The invention further discloses a curtain wallwith the metal wallboard.
