The invention relates to the field of environmental protection, fire protection and construction, in particular to a grouting sleeve fixator, an adjusting central shaft and a fixing method. The methodfor fixing a grouting sleeve has the characteristics in that, one aforementioned fixator is used; a fixator clamping head (14) is placed in the groove (11) of the sleeve, a bottom block (4) of a central shaft (8) of the fixator is placed in the the holding space of the fixator clamping head (14); the central shaft (8) of the fixator penetrates through a threaded hole of a fixing device (6), and afastening nut (7) is arranged and turned to further enable a fixator baffle (5) compress the fixing device (6); the bottom block (4) moves towards the fixing device (6) to squeeze out an adjusting rubber part (9), an extrusion head (15) of the adjusting rubber part (9) moves outward, the extrusion head (15) squeezes the groove (11) to fix the grouting sleeve.
