Roof heat insulation disassembly-free formwork with mineral wool as blank plate and manufacturing method thereof
The invention relates to a house roof and a manufacturing method, in particular to a roof with heat insulation performance and a manufacturing method of the roof. A roof heat insulation disassembly-free formwork with mineral wool as a blank plate sequentially comprises a waterproof coiled material layer, a plain concrete leveling layer, a reinforced concrete structural layer and a roof heat insulation layer from top to bottom; and the roof heat insulation layer is connected with the reinforced concrete structural layer through self-tapping bolts. The roof heat insulation layer is formed by compounding an upper-layer polystyrene (EPS) foam plate and a lower-layer blank plate through adhesive. The reinforced concrete structural layer is a foundation layer of the roof. A manufacturing methodof the roof heat insulation disassembly-free formwork with the mineral wool as the blank plate comprises the steps that on a roof-sealed house, the foundation layer of the roof is the reinforced concrete structural layer, the upper surface layer of the reinforced concrete structural layer is coated with the plain concrete leveling layer for leveling; the plain concrete leveling layer is covered with the waterproof coiled material layer; and the lower surface of the reinforced concrete structural layer is closely attached to the roof heat insulation layer.
