The invention discloses uniform painting equipment capable of cleaning a wall surface. The uniform painting equipment comprises a connection block, wherein an upper end of the connection block is connected with a liquid inlet pipe; a pump is connected to an upper end of the liquid inlet pipe; a connection channel is formed in the connection block; the connection channel is in communication with the liquid inlet pipe; a liquid spray mechanism is connected to a lower side of the connection channel; the liquid spray mechanism comprises a spring groove which is provided with a downward opening andis formed in the connection block; and the spring groove is in communication with the inner wall of a lower side of the connection channel. The uniform painting equipment can be switched between a manual painting way and an automatic painting way to ensure the wall surface painting efficiency. Moreover, the wall surface is cleaned by a cleaning wheel before roller painting, and the pressure between a roller and the wall surface is kept constant in order to ensure the painting quality of the wall surface. The cleaning wheel is separated from the wall surface after coming to the rolling direction of the roller in order to avoid damaged to the painted wall surface.
