The paint spraying device structurally comprises a main body, a paint filling tank, a paint spraying pipe and a paint sprayinghead, wherein the paint filling tank is in threaded connection to the bottom of the front end of the main body, and the paint spraying head comprises a spraying hole, sliding grooves, auxiliary devices and extendable plates; each auxiliary device comprises limiting grooves, sliding devices and air guiding holes; each sliding device is composed of a main plate, a rolling wheel, a supporting rod, and a spring; each rolling wheel is composed of a wheel body, a rotating shaft and suction discs; each suction disc is composed of a base, a rubber disc, and a contact block; and each contact block is composed of a contact body, an air hole, and a sealing block. According to the paint spraying device, the spraying hole is formed between the two auxiliary devices to enable the auxiliary devices to block blowing transverse air, the situation that the transverse air blows, so that sprayed paint is attached outside a spraying area is avoided, and then the suction discs are used for being sucked to the outer wall of a high-rise to enable the paint spraying head to be perpendicular to the outer wall of the high-rise for spraying paint, so that the paint spraying head cannot be inclined when spraying the paint, and the situation that the transverse air enters between the two auxiliary devices to drive the paint to be attached outside the spraying area is avoided.
